FAQ
1) Do you sell costumes? Yes!
2) Do you Rent costumes? Yes!
3) Do you make custom costumes? Yes! We can make almost anything you can dream or imagine.
4) If I rent a costume, how soon can I pick it up? In general you costume will be available for pickup the day before you use it for your event and will be due back the day after you use it for your event. Each additional day you have the costume will be an additional charge of 1/2 the rental fee.
5) Do I have to have the costume cleaned? The costume should be returned in the same condition it was rented in (no stains, rips, or soiling). We cleam all uniforms when they are returned, but encourage you to call us if you have a specific situation such as a large juice stain before you have it cleaned, to avoid any potential damage.
6) Do you have children's costumes? Yes! We have costumes in all shapes and sizes!
7) Do you require a deposit to rent? Yes. Most costumes require a deposit to hold the costume that equals 1/2 the rental fee.
8) What forms of payment do you accept? Cash is king, but we also accept major credit cards, and checks through the Check-Care system.
